Hypnosis is a natural state that we experience more often than we realize. Sleep itself is a form of hypnosis. Falling in love and even watching a movie are also forms of hypnosis that often escape our attention, because this state is natural and is not perceived as something frightening or alien. It's a state of narrow focus that bypasses the critical mind so we can change negatives to positives .

Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation of the mind and body in which you are not unconscious, but rather in a state of heightened receptivity. It is in this state that the “magic” of transforming our negative behavioral patterns takes place—patterns that can lead to various adverse consequences, slow progress in any area of life, or even prevent it altogether.

Hypnotherapy is a unique tool for working with the subconscious mind, allowing us to overcome even the strongest addictions and navigate the most challenging stages of life.

Sessions are arranged individually via email. After receiving your message, I will personally respond within 24–48 hours to discuss availability and guide you through the next steps.

To prepare for your session, I ask that you send me a sample of your handwriting. Detailed instructions on what to include and how to send it will be provided in my reply email. This helps me tailor the session uniquely to you.

Please note that sessions are scheduled based on availability and are personalized to your needs, ensuring a calm, focused, and supportive environment.

Before the session:

  • Choose a quiet, comfortable space where you can relax without interruptions

  • Make sure your device is charged and connected to a stable internet connection

  • Please provide enough light so we can see each other

During the session:

  • You will be gently guided through relaxation and guided imagery

  • I will share techniques you can use on your own in daily life, and offer gentle reflective practices to explore between sessions, supporting your personal growth and insights.

After the session:

  • It is normal to feel reflective, calm, or emotionally open

  • Give yourself some quiet time to integrate the experience

  • You may share thoughts or questions via email if needed

Scope of practice

You might resonate with this work if you...

• feel disconnected from yourself

• struggle with constant overthinking and mental loops

• lost your sense of identity in relationships

• feel lost during a life transition

• experience a quiet sense of emptiness or lack of direction

You remain aware, present, and in control throughout the entire session.

We begin with a short conversation to clarify your intention and create a safe, comfortable space. This allows the session to be tailored specifically to what you need in that moment.

As your body relaxes and your mind becomes more focused, we gently work with the subconscious to access inner imagery, emotions, and patterns. The process may involve guided inner landscapes, symbolic imagery, or metaphors that help the mind explore itself more freely.

Occasionally, I may use visual references—including my own artwork—as symbolic examples of inner spaces. Some people find it easier to enter a state of exploration when the mind has a visual anchor. You may choose an image that resonates with you, or we may simply allow your own inner imagery to emerge naturally.

The purpose of this is not to impose a particular vision or change your inner world. Rather, it offers a gentle point of orientation when inner landscapes feel distant, blurred, or difficult to access. The work itself always remains centered on your own mind, your own experience, and the direction your subconscious chooses to take.

Each experience is unique. Some people feel deep physical relaxation, others notice emotional clarity, imagery, insights, or a subtle sense of inner movement. There is no “right” way to experience a session.

At the end, we take time to integrate the experience, allowing you to return to full awareness feeling grounded, calm, and clear.
